BMH Ltd, Constance Hotels Services Limited and Constance La Gaieté Company Limited jointly own Constance Corporate Management Ltd, a company with which they have a management agreement for the provision of a range of services pertaining primarily to strategic planning, corporate affairs, accounting and financial matters.
